The smart workplace is a not only a trend that has appeared and spread quickly. It is already a reality that companies respond and adapt to with a variety of solutions.
Sony in Lund implemented Activity Based Working over a decade ago. The flexible workstyle is here to stay, but has also adapted and evolved to support more collaborative ways of working and innovation activities. We work closely across innovation teams, real estate and facility management, and utilize spaces in new ways to match the capabilities of our technologies.
During the key note, Johan Grundström Eriksson will share lessons behind the success factors of Sony’s commercial smart office solution Nimway, which helps employees find their way around large workspaces, navigate indoors to find the nearest available meeting room, simplify the RE/FM reporting as well as locating your colleagues or the whereabouts of your boss.
Johan is the Deputy Head of Sony’s Lund site management office, working with Strategy & Business Development.
